Things to know:   We do NOT quote prices before the sale begins and presales are not allowed.

Please do not block driveways or mailboxes and stay off the grass.  Sales tax will be charged on items unless you are tax exempt (a current exemption certificate must be provided BEFORE we ring you up.)  We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and apple pay.   We do not move or load items.   Please make sure you are happy with the item before you purchase it, as refunds are not allowed.  Video and Audio surveillance are used on the premises.

​Point Clear, AL - This Sale is BY APPIONTMENT ONLY as parking is limited.  The address will be given when appointment is made.  We will begin scheduling appointments on Monday, September 9th at 8:00.  We will not respond to appointment requests made before that time.
