Please do not block driveways or mailboxes and stay off the grass.  Sales tax will be charged on items unless you are tax exempt (a current exemption certificate must be provided BEFORE we ring you up.)  We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and apple pay.   We do not move or load items.   Please make sure you are happy with the item before you purchase it, as refunds are not allowed.  Video and Audio surveillance are used on the premises.

THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING ON THE STREET, AND LIMITED PARKING IN THE GATE.  THE GATE WILL NOT BE OPENED UNTIL HALF AN HOUR BEFORE THE SALE BEGINS.  PARK IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY. 

PULLING ALL THE WAY UP TO THE HOUSE IS ALLOWED FOR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE LOADING HEAVY ITEMS ONLY.  STAY OUT OF ALL BARNS AND HOMES ON THE PROEPRTY EXCEPT FOR THE ONE DESIGNATED FOR THE ESTATE SALE.
